After having to hear the line "what goes on in Vegas..." one too many times... koko is happy to announce the opening of Lambertson Truex in the Shoppes at the Palazzo.
The entire staff enthusiastically decided to join eiko on site in order to help open the store on schedule. Koko's first project "on the strip" was a success. If you happen to find yourself in Vegas..please check out the store.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Dangle Byrd House in Downingtown, PA. While some of the neighbors may be scratching their heads at the modern steel structure...koko is very pleased with the project. We are now trying to get an all glass pool house approved by the local building inspectors so that koko can have a pool party this summer.

Restaurant A Mano opens its doors in Marina City, Chicago. A little sister to BIN 36 (upstairs), A Mano hopes to bring an authentic Roman Trattoria to Chicago.  For research....Adam spent a week travelling through the Italian countryside with the chef, wine director, and owners...only to return with no memory of what he had seen.

Dangle Byrd Poolhouse

We are breaking ground on a new poolhouse for the dangle byrd project in Pennsylvania. A simple glass box covered in scribbles...hopefully we can get rei and io to help with the graphics.
